I have worked with Alan Cacozza, who is now the Manager of HUFF Rental Properties, for the past several years. I have found that working with Alan has been a great asset to my business. Alan has always been professional and exhibits wonderful people skills.
I have always been very conscientious about leasing my units to good, qualified tenants, as one bad tenant can significantly impact your business. I take great pride in the quality of my buildings and the quality of my tenants as tenant and as neighbors. Giving up my role as the sole rental agent was a very difficult decision to make but ultimately one of the best. From a personal safety standpoint, I?m uncomfortable showing empty apartments to virtual strangers. I no longer have to do this. I also no longer have to advertise, screen calls, do background, credit and reference checks and all the paperwork involved in leasing. Alan does all of this, presents the information to me, and I make the final decision. I am still very much in control of who I accept as a tenant. I have never had a problem with a tenant put in by Alan, and they have all left units in very good shape.
With vacancy rates higher that I have ever seen, it is important to work with people who have the contacts, professional skills and tools to get vacant units shown and leased as soon as possible.
